• All customers and associates may not reproduce/duplicate/copy/sell/resell any products supplied/offered or advertised by The Hampshire Shepherd Limited unless permission is expressly given.

• The Hampshire Shepherd Limited holds all rights to any image/video or representation displayed/advertised within our website/social media/advertising.

• All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

• Products may vary from the displayed images.

• Products may vary in size and appearance and may be subject to seasonal variation.

• We reserve the right to modify and product/price/description or discontinue any products at any time.

• We shall not be held liable to any customer/associate or any third party for any modification or discontinuation of any product or service offered by The Hampshire Shepherd Limited.

• Full payment must be made prior to the receipt of goods and services unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance with The Hampshire Shepherd Limited.

• Payment can be accepted via bank transfer/card payment/cash and a sales receipt will be provided upon request.

• All orders/deliveries/click & collect will be accompanied by a delivery note and must be agreed on by the customer upon receipt.  In such returns and refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.

• If cancellation of an order is made by a customer, dependent on circumstances, we reserve the right to charge up to the full amount of the order to cover our incurred costs.  If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will take every step to deal with your request.

• Any order cancellation made by us will be at no charge to the customer.

• All of our pre-packaged consumable products meet and adhere to all and any rules and regulations put in place by the local authority.
